Auvoria Prime Rewards Plan – Official Name of the Compensation Plan for Auvoria Prime.

REWARDS AND BONUSES

The Auvoria Prime Rewards plan has been created to recognize Customers and Affiliates whose actions create growth, momentum, and stability for the Company. 

These action values help to create long term viability of the opportunities found both in our products and our lucrative Rewards Plan.  

We believe in rewarding those who assist in moving our vision and mission forward, especially when those actions touch the lives of people and help them create the Legacy they were meant to build.

We currently have four different types of Rewards. We do have plans for 2 or three more down the roads, specifically created to emphasize growth and retention behaviors within the ranks of both Customers and Affiliates. 

The Four Types of Rewards that we have created are;

  1. 3 for FREE
  2. Direct Sales Bonus
  3. Momentum Builder Bonus
  4. Legacy Commissions 

3 FOR FREE

The 3 for FREE program is only available for those who are Customers. Or to members who used to be Affiliates but who have been Customers during the entire Qualification Period. Anyone who is a Customer at the end of the monthly qualification Period may qualify for the 3 for FREE Program.

QUALIFICATION PERIOD

The Qualification Period of the Direct Sales Bonuses is the Company’s Monthly Qualification Period on the 1st day of each month at 00:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ending at Midnight Eastern on the last day of each month.

QUALIFICATION

In order to be eligible the following requirements must be met during the Monthly Qualification Period;

  • The Member must have an active and paid subscription to a product worth 140 Volume or greater.
  • The Member must have 3 personally referred members who each have an active and paid subscription to a product worth 140 volume or greater within the monthly Qualification Period*.

* For Affiliates who became Customers during the monthly Qualification period their 3 personally referred members who have a paid subscription to a product worth 140 volume or higher must occur between the date that they themselves become a customer and the end of the qualification period. Example: Steve is an affiliate who has someone order 140 PV worth of products on the 5th, another on the 10th, and another on the 23rd. If Steve becomes a Customer on the 8th, then his Customer on the 5th would not count toward 3 for FREE Qualifications.  He would need to personally refer another Customer or Affiliate with 140 PV before the end of the monthly Qualification period.

If Qualifications are met during the Qualification Period, then the Member is considered Qualified for 3 for FREE and their product Subscription for the following month is FREE and will be free until their next billing date unless maintenance qualifications are met in which case it would continue to be free until maintenance qualifications are no longer met.

MAINTENANCE QUALIFICATION

 In order to continue to be eligible for the following month, the following requirements must be met during the Monthly Qualification Period;

  • The Member must have 3 personally referred members who each have an active and paid subscription to a product worth 140 volume or greater.
  • None of the members mentioned above may have qualified for their own 3 for FREE Reward, if this happens the qualifying Member must personally refer another Member who will have an active and paid subscription worth 140 Volume or higher within the monthly Qualification Period.

If Maintenance Qualifications are met during the Qualification Period, then the Member is considered Qualified for 3 for FREE and their product Subscription for the following month is FREE.

RE-QUALIFICATION

If for any reason the Member falls out of qualification status, they must re-qualify by meeting the original qualification requirements again.

UPGRADING TO AFFILIATE

If a 3 for FREE Qualified Member decides at any point to upgrade to Affiliate during a month in which they are qualified for 3 for FREE, they will continue their free product subscription and will consent to be rebilled again on their next billing date once their FREE access has ended. They may not qualify again for 3 for FREE unless they become a Customer again and must go through the complete qualification period again as if it were their first time qualifying.

DIRECT SALES BONUS

The Direct Sales Commissions are available  to every Affiliate who refers a paying Customer or Affiliate to Auvoria Prime.  A member can earn this bonus any time they enroll someone who then successfully purchases a qualifying enrollment product.

A member has to be an Affiliate to be eligible for this Bonus Type.

QUALIFICATION PERIOD

The Qualification Period of the Direct Sales Bonuses is the Company’s Weekly period beginning Saturday at 00:00:00 AM  Eastern Time and ending each Friday night at Midnight Eastern.

QUALIFICATION

Then only requirement to receive the Direct Sales Bonus is to be a registered Auvoria Prime Affiliate who has not been suspended or terminated.

BONUS DETAILS

The Bonuses are set amounts that have been predetermined for each qualifying enrollment product in the company. When a product with a Direct Sales Bonus is ordered, the referring Affiliate will be paid that bonus as long as they meet the qualification requirements.

BONUS PAYOUT DETAILS

All Bonuses are paid by 8 AM Eastern on the Second Friday after the week in which the commissions were earned. The next page has an example of how the payout works.

Direct Sales Bonus Payout Example:   

John Enrolls 3 people during the week ending on Friday the 28th of February.

Bill orders Ainstein on February 24th

Susan Orders Hailey on February 26th

Jordan orders Alexander on February 27th

Jonie orders Hailey on February 28th 

Johns TPV for new enrollments would be 140 from Bill;’s order, 70 for Susan’s Order, $140 for Jordan’s, and 70 for Jonie’s order for a total of 420 PV.  He would earn 1 Momentum Builder Share.

Let’s say that the total Pool amount is $3,105.

Let’s also say that the total number of shares earned was 23.

The Momentum Share Amount would be $3,105 / 23 = $135.

John would be Paid a Momentum Builder Bonus of $135. He would be paid this amount by 8 AM on Friday the 13th of March. This is two weeks after the Weekly Bonus Period Ende

MOMENTUM BUILDER’S BONUS

The Momentum Builder Bonus is a bonus created to reward Affiliates who have personally referred 3 or more people who purchase Momentum Builder Bonus Qualified products during the weekly period.  The Momentum Builder Bonus is only available to Affiliates.

You must be an active Affiliate to be eligible for this Bonus Type.

QUALIFICATION PERIOD

The Qualification Period of the Momentum Builder Bonuses is the Company’s Weekly period beginning Saturday at 00:00:00 AM  Eastern Time and ending each Friday night at Midnight Eastern.

QUALIFICATION

There are three requirements to receive the Momentum Builder Bonus.

  • Must be an Affiliate who has not been suspended or terminated.
  • Must meet the requirements for being Active as defined in the Glossary of terms.
  • Must Have enrolled at least 3 people who have purchased Momentum Builder Bonus qualified Products (PEDWP).
  • Must have a minimum PV from new enrollees (NPEPV) of  420 or higher.

BONUS DETAILS

The Bonuses are set amounts that have been predetermined for each qualifying enrollment product in the company. 

When a product with a Momentum Builder Bonus is ordered, the Bonus amount is placed into the Momentum Builder Pool.

Affiliates can earn points by the number of people who they have personally referred, who have made qualifying purchases during the Weekly period. The PV resulting from those purchases are then used to determine the number of points that they have earned.

The total Momentum Builder Amount amount is then divided by the total number of Momentum Builder Points Earned during that Weekly Period to define the Momentum Builder Points Value.

The Enrolling Affiliate would then receive a bonus equal to the number of points they earned multiplied by the Momentum Builder Point Value.

BONUS PAYOUT DETAILS

All Bonuses are paid by 8 AM Eastern on the Second Friday after the week in which the commissions were earned. Below you will find an example of how the payout works.

Momentum Builder Bonus Payout Example:   

John is an active Affiliate who enrolls 4 people during the week ending on Friday the 28th of February.

Bill orders Ainstein on February 24th

Susan Orders Hailey on February 26th

Jordan orders Alexander on February 27th

Jonie orders Hailey on February 28th

AUVORIAN LEGACY COMMISSIONS

A reward within the Auvoria Prime Rewards Plan that rewards Affiliates for reaching Legacy Ranks within the Auvoria Prime Rewards Plan during the Weekly Period. Legacy Commissions are the stabilizers of the Auvoria Prime Rewards Plan. It is a Commission type that creates a predictable weekly income for those who meet the rank requirements.   It is a Rank based Commission that is dependent on the Rank for which an Affiliate is qualified for in the Corresponding Weekly Period.

You must be an Affiliate to be eligible for this Bonus Type.

QUALIFICATION PERIOD

While the Qualification Period of the Legacy Commissions Bonuses is the Company’s Weekly period beginning Saturday at 00:00:00 AM  Eastern Time and ending each Friday night at Midnight Eastern, the ranks are calculated every Saturday at 2 PM Eastern following the placement of the non Placed Customers and Affiliates. They are then calculated again 3 PM Eastern the Following Saturday after any refunds and or chargebacks. When Ranks are calculated they use different qualification periods for the different rank factors.

QUALIFICATION

There is only one requirement for this Commission type.

  • Must Achieve a Weekly Rank between Visionary and Auvorian Legend within the weekly Qualification Period.

BONUS PAYOUT DETAILS

All Bonuses are paid by 8 AM Eastern on the Second Friday after the week in which the commissions were earned. Below you will find an example of how the payout works.

Direct Sales Bonus Payout Example:   

John earns the rank of Icon 3,000 during the week ending on Friday the 28th of February.

John would be Paid a Legacy Commission of $750.00. He would be paid this amount by 8 AM on Friday the 13th of March. This is two weeks after the Weekly Bonus Period Ended.

AUVORIAN LEGACY COMMISSIONS CAP

Auvorian Legacy Commissions are subject to a payout cap of 60% of Commissionable Volume created during the Weekly Period. If Legacy Commissions exceed the cap the following reduction equation will be used.

Total dollar amount of overpay / Total to pay = % of reduction.

Then the following is applied to each affiliate’s Legacy Pay.
